How it works
The total days figure is the number of days from the first date to the second, not counting the first day. Dates one day apart give 1.
The years, months and days figure follows the calendar. The weekday count counts Monday to Friday only and ignores public holidays.
The order of the dates does not matter. The calculator always works out the gap from the earlier date to the later one.
Good to know
To include both the first and last day, add 1 to the total.
For notice periods, check whether your contract counts calendar days or working days.
