Shridha Tools is free to use. These terms are short and in plain language. By using the site you agree to them.
Using the tools
You can use the tools for personal or business purposes, at no charge and without an account. Please do not misuse them, for example by trying to disrupt the site or using it to break the law.
Results are estimates, not advice
The calculators are there to help you plan. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and they should not be the last word on a decision. Tax rates, interest rates and rules change, and some pages are built for India only. Where a page says when it was last checked, that is the date to go by. Before you act on a result, check it against official sources or ask a qualified professional.
Your files and results
Check the results of the image, PDF and text tools before you rely on them, and keep your original files. You are responsible for what you open and for how you use the output. Only open files you have the right to use.
Provided as is
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep them accurate and working, but we do not promise that they are error-free, that they will always be available, or that they suit your particular purpose. We may change or stop any tool at any time.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Shridha Technologies is not responsible for losses or decisions that result from using the tools or relying on their results. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to Shridha Technologies. What you enter and what you create with the tools stays yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the app after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Please write to contact@shridha.tech first. If a calculation, a document or a page is wrong, we would rather fix it than argue about it, and we will do our best to put it right quickly.
