How it works
Choose a PDF, then draw your signature with a finger, mouse or pen, or type your name.
Go to the page that needs it and tap where the signature should go. Drag it to adjust and use the size slider to make it bigger or smaller.
Repeat on other pages if needed, press Sign PDF, and download the new file. Your original is not changed.
Good to know
This adds a picture of your signature to the page. It is not a certificate-based digital signature, so it does not prove who signed or whether the file was changed afterwards. Whether it is accepted depends on who asks for it.
The signature is placed on top of the page and cannot be moved after you save. Keep your original if you may need to redo it.
Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened. Remove the password first.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign a PDF without printing it?
Choose the PDF, draw your signature, tap the signature line on the page, and download the signed copy.
Can I sign on my phone?
Yes. Draw with your finger in the box, then tap the page to place it. The tool works on phone screens.
Is my signature or document uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, and neither your PDF nor your signature leaves your device.
